- In Freeplane, select Tools | Preferences ... from the menu.
- Select the Appearance tab
- Select Metal from the Look and Feel
- Close Freeplane
- Edit %ProgramFiles%\Freeplane\freeplane.l4j.ini. Add these lines to the end of original file
-Dswing.aatext=true
-Dswing.plaf.metal.controlFont="Tahoma-12"
-Dswing.plaf.metal.userFont="Tahoma-12" - Restart Freeplane and get a more beautiful look
